HACA administers 189 vouchers under HUD’s Mainstream program. The program is targeted to households with at least one non-elderly disabled family member and who is homeless, at-risk of homelessness, coming out of an institutional facility or at-risk of entering an institutional facility due to lack of housing. HACA partners with an array of supportive services organizations that provide appropriate services to program participants.
